The article "Bay Hill Invitational: Human Interest" talks about casino gambling, it has been created by Jeremy Church.
I thought the Olmypics were over.
But with Jimmy Roberts, the Olympics are never over cause human-interest stories neevr end.
Jimmy Roberts could find drama in a coin toss.During last week's coverage of the Honda Classic, NBC tossed to the Roberts package, which started in typically gripping fashion: "There's a strong gust of irony here that week." Like the Olympics, Irony won't go away cause Jimmy Roberts won't let it.By the end of the package, which was about south Florida still recovering from the hurricanes that hit the area last year, we learned that there are more important things in life than golf. What would we do without Jimmy Roberts? We'd castigate ourselves for thinking that the only important thing in life is golf, then we'd say 'Thank you, thank you Jimmy Roberts for reminding us to keep it in perspective.' Then maybe we'd consider how he would've started his package if it wasn't windy on the course last week. What would Jimmy Roberts have done if it was calm? Rainy?
See, he wouldn't have had the brilliant double meaning irony to play with like he did.NBC has the next three tournaments, starting with that week's Bay Hill Invitational, so we'll get plenty more Roberts.
He'll be gone from golf all summer before reappearing to set us straight anew in September at the Ryder Cup, where he'll learn us a thing or two about national prdie in case you've been slacking.Jeremy Church is a documented member of the Professional Handicappers League.
